Tuesday, March 17, 2009   reason for my blisters is...run with the stupid insole in my shoe, ran far too much.[yeah, think i'm kind of stupid now] insole rub too much against my skin, at first skin came out, i dun care. then endure the pain for a super long time, ran 5rounds of the netball court, trained. and the end result, 4 blisters. two on each leg, at the arch there. it hurts like hell. took out shoes and socks to put plaster, then walk around bare-footed. wear shoe will very pain so never wear and that bloody coach, know that i can't run too much cos of my leg, still make me run 5rounds of the court, say some really nasty things to me. hurt my feeling sia, even though i have none towards her. today was the only day i pointed middle finger at her so many times. i mean its like people got medical problem liao, try their best to turn up to train for training and train, and she still scold. after people try their best to train, still say so much crap. so didn't train for the rest, liyana later also never. talked to ms koh, then we sort of organised some netball activities. went home eating cup noodles as we walked. went weiwen's house to do hist project, but of cos i didn't. slacked the whole time.. with so much blisters, how am i suppose to go out tomorrow?? how am i supposed to walk so much?? 今も愛しているそっとずっとずっと君を10:23 PM |
